We offer assistance to our employees every step along the way...
The Healthcare Career Assistance Program helps current Norton Healthcare employees progress along their chosen career path. It makes it easier to afford tuition, books, and technology fees not covered by other scholarships or grants. Norton Healthcare also provides many courses of study in the HCAP for those seeking help, guidance, and career development.
The Healthcare Assistance Program will guide you in any of these exciting health care fields:
- Registered Nurse
- Licensed Practical Nurse
- Medical Lab Technician/Clinical Lab Science
- Medical Technologist
- Radiologic Technologist
- Pharmacist
- Respiratory Therapist
Upon approval from our Workforce Development staff, other healthcare degrees or advanced degrees are supported by the HCAP.
