Norton Healthcare physician selected for AABB award
William B. Lockwood, Ph.D., M.D., director of Transfusion Services, Norton Hospital and Kosair Children’s Hospital, and professor of pathology and laboratory medicine, University of Louisville, has been selected to receive the prestigious 2009 Hemphill-Jordan Leadership Award given by the international AABB (formerly American Association of Blood Banks).
