  • Chad Koppel Spirit Award, a 2004 Partners in Progress Award from the Kentucky Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. The award recognizes Norton Healthcare’s fundraising efforts in support of the society’s Man and Woman of the Year program. (In 2003, Cis Gruebbel raised $10,400 and was Woman of the Year. The next year she recommended Kim Maffet ($5,680) Carrie Hatfield ($10,114) and Tracy Wortham, an oncology nurse at KCH who became 2004 Woman of the Year by raising $32,067.)
